Sitting in the corner of his workshop was a leftover Rover V8 engine which had been reconditioned and worked to produce 240bhp. Having heard of a V8 powered Westfield and having a customer that wanted a V8 in his car too the time came to put the motor to good use. John had to develop a new fully independent rear suspension using a Ford Sierra differential and hubs, fabricated wishbones and hub carriers.

When the customer came back he decided that he wanted a 4 cylinder car instead. After driving the V8 John was hooked and decided to keep it for himself. The car is fully adjustable for toe and camber providing for a beautiful ride both on and off the track. John says there is something inde-scribable about the sound of a tuned V8 with twin pipes. This car is not for sale but since it's completion several other customers have wanted the V8 as an option.
