This car was originally built by Campbell Jackson in Auckland and it is currently the oldest Fraser on the road being chassis 002.

Chassis 001 is hanging on a wall at Frasers in pieces. 002 started its life with a Toyota 18RG motor and it was blue in colour.

When Kim & Lynn purchased the car it was a good example of a Fraser Clubman although it was looking a bit tired. Shortly after taking ownership of the car the 18RG gave up the ghost and ran a bearing. It was time for 002 to get a makeover.

In 2004 the car went back to Fraser cars in Auckland. Once there the entire car was stripped down, the chassis was given the once over and any part that needed attention was either refurbished or replaced. The 18RG was removed and the Toyota 3SGE engine with a 5 speed Toyota gearbox was fitted. Her new paint colour is Ford Falcon Purple (Vibe) with a dash of Prismatque glitter that sparkles in the sun.

The car has a pair of 45mm Delorto's for carburetion, which moves the car very quickly.

This style of car will go from 0 to 100 km's in around 4 seconds. They are a competitive style of car for either cruising the streets or going for it on the racetrack. All in all it is a great pleasure to own and drive.
