: Anniversary Event :

This event is being organised initially by a committee of volunteers Dave Beazer .. Darryl Cooley .. Garth Hickling of the Constructors Car Club NZ based in Lower Hutt. This event has permission/support of MG Car Club, with practical and administrative assistance from the Constructors Car Club.

This event is intended to proceed subject to sufficient interest and confirmed attendance. If the required level of confirmed attendance is forthcoming the event will proceed, unless prevented by any other event or circumstance outside of the control of the organisers.

All money received in regard to this event will be deposited or transferred to, and held in trust on behalf of the event by, the Constructors Car Club. If the event is cancelled for any reason, any entry fee prepaid by confirmed attendees will be refunded to those persons.

If this event proceeds, all moneys received in relation to this event will be paid to creditors. Any surplus will be passed on to the MG Classic meeting nominated Charity (Cancer Society).

Overnight Storage - Owners responsibility:

It is a condition of entry that individual entrants accept that the event organisers and any associated club do not provide any undertaking or accept any responsibility for storage of vehicles in relation to or during this event. Owners of vehicles are expected to arrange at their own cost their own storage and security and insurances associated with such arrangements.

Subject to the above conditions of entry, MGCC have advised that cars can be left with other race cars in the Pits overnight Saturday. The area is locked with some security. While they wouldn't anticipate any problems, the onus on responsibility is still with each car owner in accordance with the conditions of entry.

The organisers believe that they will be able to supplement the above club cars with some of our sevens, we will have to work out on the day who will be able to participate.
